Chinese Salad

 Ingredients:

1.  1 pound of tofu*
2.  1/2 pound pickled dicron*
3.  1/2 pound pickled gord*
4.  1 pound octopus*
5.  1 pound of squid*
6.  1 cucumber*
7.  1 tsp salt
8.  1 cup of vinegar
9.  1/2 cup sugar
10.  1 tblsp. ginger*
11.  1/2 cup seaweed
12.  1 avocado*

1.  Chop starred ingredients, then put in bowl.
2.  Mix sugar, salt and vinegar in pot over medium heat until disolved.
3.  Cut tofu into small squares and bake until brown and firm.
4.  Soak seaweed in water according to package.
5.  Mix tofu and seaweed with all ingredients in step #1.
6.  After sauce is cooled a bit, pour over salad.  Let sit in frig for 1 hour.

Spicey Chicken

Ingredients:

 1.  2 tablespoons of chili powder
2.  1/2 tsp. of black pepper
3.  1/2 tsp. of seasoned pepper
4.   2 chicken breast
5.  1 tsp. of parsley flakes
6.  1 tbls. of oil
7.  2 tbls. of lemon juice

How to make:

1.  Add seasoning to raw chicken.
2.  Saute chicken in heated oil.
3.  Add lemon juice to pan and put lid on. Let sit 1 minute.
4.  Flip chicken and repeat #2.
5.  Cook until brown.
6.  Sprinkle parsley flakes on plate.

Make Your Own Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Meat
1.  Pepperoni
2.  Salami
3.  Prosciutto
Cheese
4.  Smoked Gouda
5.  Smoked Cheddar
6.  Mozzarella
Bread
7.  Italian bread
8.  Sourdough bread
9.  Garlic French bread
Sauce
1.  Herb oil
2.  Pesto
3.  Marinara
4.  Mushroom Delight

1.  Pick one of every category to put on your sandwich.
2.  Cut however much bread you want to eat.
3.  Cut one slit in each piece of bread to the other side but not all the way through.
4.  Put meat and cheese in the slot that you cut.
5.  Brush oil on the whole entire piece of bread.
6.  Sprinkle cheese on top of bread.
7.  Put in toaster oven.  Bake 3 minutes at 350 degrees or until bread is brown.

Cajun Smoked Sausage

Ingredients:

1.  1/4 of seasoned pepper *
2.  1/4 of blackened seasoning *
3.  6 cloves *
4.  1/4 of Tony's *
5.  parsley flakes
6.  1/4 of lemon pepper *
7.  1 teaspoon of grill mates steak rub *
8.  3 bay leaves
9.  1/4 of Sunny's Cajun Seasoning *
10.  package of beef cocktail sausage

Dip:
Soy sauce, maple syrup, terryaki (1 tblsp of each)

1.) Mix starred ingredients in a bowl.
2.) Put sausage in a skillet on medium high heat
3.) Add mixed seasoning to skillet.  Stir all together.
4.) Saute 4 minutes.
5.) Make dip.
6.) Take sausage off.  Put bay leaves in a sausage for garnish.
7.) Sprinkle parsley leaves all around on the plate.
